Mohammed is the founder of National Resources Group LLC (Group) where the Group established in partnership with other parties the following subsidiaries: Gulf Resources Development and Investment LLC, National Investment Group, Abu Dhabi Business Hub, Emirates & Al Nasr Building and Construction Co. LLC, National Foundations Company, Al Ain for Building and Construction, Tawafoq for Real estate Development and Al Sultan Bakeries.

The Group has invested in major projects inside and outside the United Arab Emirates with main focus on the oil and gas and real estate sectors.
