Paul has led real estate strategy and transactions in the Asia Pacific banking sector for the last 9 years, with over 20 years in real estate across both Europe and Asia Pacific. Core competencies include the development of real estate strategy from an occupier perspective, and executing transactions to support the agreed strategy – be it lease or capital acquisition and/or disposal.
